So VJ is a special type of artist who really put his heart into the music and if you love real authentic music than you can’t not feel the realness put into the music on every track. The first record I heard from VJ is called “April Showers” and the production on the record is what got me first before anything I can’t lie. Along with the story telling that he incorporates within his record really makes this one, one of my favorite songs from him moving into his catalogue you can see the dedication that’s put into the music by VJ, very passionate, with his Hip-hop and R&B style he has something for all listeners especially feel-good vibes the ladies and get with.

Since 2021 VJ has been consistently releasing new music for the world to vibe to, his latest full-length project was released in 2024 titled “Open Letters” a 4 song EP that gives that nostalgic “VJ” vibe that he shows on any record he records. the EP starts off with a heartfelt song in “Change is A Good Thing” which I feel was a perfect start to the EP.

The way “Open Letters” went I feel it would be only right to run it back with “Open Letters 2”? but we will leave that up to VJ and see what he does in the near future. I will say this is one artist I definitely look forward to seeing perform live, some artists just have it when you know you know. I’ll be keeping my eyes open for live performances.
